10 Days MIA: Help me get back on track with the rest of the world

So, I hope this is a valid question to ask all the freelancers out there. I’ve just started my freelance journey and am in my second month. It was going well and I was working continuously and punctually every day.

But, I recently discovered that I lost 10 days somewhere during this month, and now I’m trying to figure out how to work around this major glitch in the space-time continuum. Do I pretend like those days never existed, or do I try to cram all of my missed work and responsibilities into the remaining days of the month like a squirrel gathering nuts before winter? Any advice on how to get back on track with the rest of the world would be greatly appreciated

On a serious note is there a way, or a system to follow to overcome such issues because this is giving me serious anxiety?
