Client thinks he doesn’t need to pay because he doesn’t like the design

I quoted 3 hours work to create two social media template design concepts. He agreed. He didnt like my first designs and we scheduled a feedback session. Totally normal, 99,9% of the clients always need feedback sessions ofcourse. There are no extra costs for that. However, I send the invoice already because the quote was for these 2 concepts. Now my client got upset about the invoice because he doesn’t want to pay for designs he wont use. I explained that we will discuss the designs on the date we planned and that i will make revisions till he is satisfied and that he doesnt pay extra for that. He doesnt reply back anymore.

Im so done with these kind of clients. Am i wrong for sending the invoice before delivering the final product?
