I’ve been a marketing manager for 6 years now and I’m noticied that every company defines the job parameter differently. I’m starting to think its partially based on the size of the company. My current job’s size is about 10k people and the marketing manager are basically project managers. I don’t actually do the work of making assets, lists, copy, etc. I assign those to specialists and ensure everything for the campaign is completed.
This is the first time I’ve had a job like this even though I’ve been a marketing manager and 3 other companies. Could I get some insight from y’all? Eg company size and brief description of duties. Please and thank you!
