Efficient way to generate sites on a cloud host with Google Domains

Most of my webhosting experience was from 15 years ago where WHM/CPanel was the usual thing. I’ve now got a (cloud host that I can’t mention here) account and I’ve set up a domain hosted with Google domains. I’ve got SSL working, paid for the host’s email addon and got the various entries added in Google Domains to make it all work.

If I’m being honest, it took me ages. I’m sure the next one will be quicker – but it is so much more involved than the WHM/Cpanel process from 15 years ago. Are there any automated ways to do it? Anything I can install on (cloud host I can’t mention here) that will configure my Google Domains settings? Or similar?

Thanks!
