Hi Team,
If I send an email via an email client, in this instance click dimensions, and someone forwards my email to a group of people not part of the initial marketing list, would the engagement of this new group of people be included in my engagement report?
Example, my report is showing 1 person has opened their email 80 times, could this be a result of them sharing it to a larger audience within their business, or just something funky happening with the email client and it getting the engagement wrong?
Assuming its the later, however just wanted to confirm – thanks team 🙂
