How do you present to leadership what campaigns are working and what are not?

Trying to figure out the best way to aggregate and present insights/findings/learnings from my digital campaigns to present to my leadership team on a regular basis.

What have you found to be the best method for this?

The intent is to identify what’s resonating out in the market (when we launch ads) and what’s not working to share with our brand and content team to tweak.

I oversee paid search, programmatic display, youtube, and paid social so lots of different formats, audiences, and platforms. Looking for advice on how to best package it up and make it easily digestible for a non-digital marketing audience.
