How should I interpret these research results…?

I started a pressure washing/window cleaning service last year and have been putting a lot of effort into growing it this upcoming season. I’ve worked with a small business centre consultant and we’ve done some market research within my province.

It seems that nearly all of the successful companies’ digital marketing messaging is essentially “We are professionals, have good equipment, and have good prices… Get a quote”. To my amateur knowledge in marketing concepts, it seems like their attempts are only targeting people who are already in the consideration stage.

Should I take this as a sign to try building a marketing campaign that finds leads, nurtures them and turns them into long term customers? Or is it a sign that all that isn’t necessary for this specific market? Or maybe I’m just overthinking.
