I am an artist and I live in Brazil.
I want to open an art account on IG.
But I heard from some social media marketing guys, that when you open an account in a country, IG will advertise your page mostly for users in that country.
However, I want customers from America (most of the industry and companies in my field are based in the US).
I searched a lot but I could not find anything explaining how to do it.
