Hello, I have been working as an SEO Executive in a Digital Marketing Agency for about ten months, and I am getting a job opportunity in-house where I will explore various fields like SEO, Social Media, Paid Media, Email Marketing, Content Writing, etc. For the last ten months, I have only been performing Backlinks in the current agency, so I am looking for a new company, and I got an offer from an International school where they are looking for Digital Marketing Executive. Many of my colleagues have told me that Inhouse is not that good compared to agency because you will not get to explore much. But in this company too, I am only performing Backlinking in SEO with not much to do and the salary is also not on time. Please let me know what to do should I accept the offer, or should I stay?
