We have been using Google Local Service Ads since approximately May 2021. For quite a while, we were always in the top three results for our industry.
However, in the last 8 months or so, our ranking has fallen dramatically. Going from ~15 leads per week to less than 5.
We are doing everything I know of well. Large volume of legitimate reviews, answering the LSA call over 90% of the time, maxed out budget, open 24 hours during the week, wide service area, messaging leads are on, and almost all categories in the service are on.
Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas on what we can do? I’m at a loss and it is significantly hurting our lead volume.
