Long term hosting (fire and forget?) for a static site (thinking two decades of hosting)

I’m bidding on a project that will require super long-term hosting. Although I could certainly manage the whole thing, I’d rather pitch it and forget it. There’s a bunch of other work, but the bottom line is that this would end up being a 100% static site, it just needs to live somewhere.

Traffic will be low (I don’t know what the current stats are, but I’d say that there will be 5-10 visitors a month and maybe 1GB in transfer a month).

What’s the best way to host a website for a very long time with a cert and domain name?
