Made a new contract with a work agency, and, 1 month afterwards, my current work agency ALSO closed a deal with this agency. Should I inform my current agency of this situation?

I am an independent contractor.
Workload was low with current agency so I decided to pursue another work contract(agency).

1 month after sealing this deal, my current agency tells me they have a new client and, much to my dismay, it is the same agency I signed up with. The thing is, they are offering me less money, because they are acting as a recruitment agency here.

What should I do?
