Being involved in an MLM prelaunch is an exciting time for a brand new MLM company, but is it really something to be excited about? Prelaunch can either be powerful or poisonous for you and your business. We have to be careful not to get blinded by this “prelaunch” talk and actually do our due diligence on the specific company that you are ready to join. Lets look at this idea a little further.
MLM prelaunch can be powerful because of the idea of getting in the ground floor of the opportunity and positioning yourself at the top of a potential goldmine. There is a legitimate opportunity if you act quickly and have a plan. Then you will be able to set yourself up really well for the near future, but how long will that last? That is the question that no body knows the answer to. So what am I getting at?
Well, MLM prelaunch could be a poisonous snakebite to you and your hopes with your new company. The thing that the field really doesn’t know is whether or not their company is in the fast lane to becoming the next billion dollar brand or if it is fighting for it’s life. There’s really no way to know unless you know someone on the inside. Imagine this….Getting involved with an MLM in prelaunch, the company is shattering sales records for the first year as it is tabbed the next billion dollar MLM. And then one day, the executive team decides to quit unexpectedly because their values are not in line with the company anymore and the company folds.
Or your downline decides to jump to a brand new prelaunch MLM taking half of your team and half of your residuals. This stuff happens and it goes to show that the current culture of MLM is shaky. The question to ask is “what is the long term forecast of these MLM prelaunch companies?” And the true answer is no body knows.
