They say they’re ‘aware of the problem’ and their ‘upstream provider’ is working on it. My business is meanwhile inaccessible to me and customers and I am already behind fulfilling orders. I am able to see them in paypal so I am still getting them out but I am beyond infuriated that they can’t tell me what the issue is or when it will be resolved. A forum connected to their site called servedez has a notice saying the forum will be down for 72 hours for maintenance. Not sure what to do here except wait but I’d like to get a clearer picture of how long I will be waiting. I want to ditch them entirely right now but I haven’t made a backup in a while. No notice was given, all I get are vague answers. Is this acceptable?
