I am working on correcting some tracking for marketing channel data capture.
Currently working with UTMs to gather data, but from what I understand, cookie data is better, especially if one is looking to discern between SEO/Organic and Direct traffic.
How can one extract that data and say pass it to Salesforce? We currently pass UTM data to Salesforce.
I hope this makes sense. I was on a call with someone that told me about the data from the cookie.
