Web host says their servers “don’t produce a 502 error”. Need an opinion.

Recently been having some random outages with one of my hosts with 502 errors. This happens with all sites with their service. 4 sites in total, 4 sites with the same issue at the same time.

First, they tried to blame our uptime monitor for being faulty, however, that wouldn’t explain me not being able to access the site either.

Now the host is trying to blame the minimum TLS version being the issue but as far as I’m aware, this would not cause a random 502 on all services, it would be persistent.

Each site is behind a Cloudflare proxy, even disabling the proxy there would still be 502 errors, and all sites use Cloudflare SSL certs.

Their solution is to ” try our Cloud CDN instead and which will surely avoid 524,520 & 502 errors since our servers don’t produce that.”

What is your opinion on this
