Support used to be great. Now… not so much.
I suspect what used to be local support (US) has been offshored, but it’s just a hunch. Guessing because I have to repeat myself like 6 times now, all while receiving pushback that everything is fine on their side, or I’m logging in wrong, or something.
Would really like to know. I don’t have any critical sites there, and am considering jumping ship for the first time in years.
